Dan Costan graduated the Finance, Banks and Accounting Faculty of the Academy of Economics Studies, Bucharest. He has been a Certified Expert Accountant since 2000, Fiscal Consultant since 2008 and Evaluator since 2010. Dan Costan has over 20 years of experience in financial, in selling and acquisitions, in logistics coordination areas and over 15 years of expertise in financial management and business consultancy.
For the last 5 years, Dan Costan has coordinated or has participated in the elaborating and/or implementation of investment projects worth more than 350 million Euros, beneficiary of state aids.
Currently, Dan Costan, thru AFN ADVISORS coordinates the implementation of three investment projects, amounting to more than 80 million Euros, financed through state aids, with non-refundable financing over 22 million Euros.
