PROJECTS ELABORATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
Dan Costan offers consultancy regarding the non-refundable funds’ accessing, for the entire duration of the project, both during the initial stage, the one of the project’s evaluation and drafting, as well as during the implementation phase.
I. THE PROJECT’S EVALUATION AND DRAFTING
• The assessment of the opportunity to apply for the non-refundable financing schemes
• The identification of the financing possibilities applicable to every potential client by taking into account the project’s particularities
• The assessment of the investment project’s eligibility and of the eligible costs
• SWOT analysis of the project
• Assistance in the communication with the coordinating authorities of the financing programs
• Request of dedicated information regarding the technical, economical and financial data necessary in order to apply for the accessing of the non-refundable funds, which are unique for every project
• Elaboration of the necessary applications for accessing the non-refundable funds based on the information provided by the investor
• Consultancy provided to the customer and representation/ assistance in front of the contracting authority / Management Authority during the project’s assessment period
II. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
• Assistance in the drafting/adjustment of the investment plan and of the financial forecasts during the project’s implementation and monitoring period
• Assistance and consultancy services provided to the client during the implementation period for the drafting of the underlying documents and of the reimbursement files. The drafting of the specific documents required by the contracting authorities
• Assistance provided to the client during the project’s monitoring period
• Assistance in the drafting of the procurement procedure
• Consultancy and assistance for the implementation of the running projects (paymaster relationship management, ensuring the compliance of the project’s documents, of the accounting, checking the reports and the reimbursement requests, etc)
Consultancy regarding the elaboration of business plans and feasibility studies.
